Where are you located?
Massage Bliss Wellness Spa is located at 1201 Airway Blvd, Suite D7, El Paso, TX 79925, between Edgemere Blvd and Viscount Blvd, at Airway Junction Shopping Center, where Carino's Italian Restaurant is located. Simply drive through the shopping strip away from Carino's Italian Restaurant to the very end. We are next to Highlights Hair Salon and E.P. Games & Toys.

How come I can't find your business? I don't see your business. Google took me to an Italian restaurant.
Google sometimes takes you to Carino's Italian Restaurant. It is the right address. You are at the right shopping center. Simply drive through the parking lot to the end of the shopping strip in the direction away from Carino's. We are next to Highlights Hair Salon and E.P. Games & Toys.

What other businesses are around you?
Massage Bliss Wellness Spa is located next door to Highlights Hair Salon and E.P. Games & Toys. The Comic Strip and Wing Daddy's are also located in the same shopping center.

Do you offer table shower service?
No. We do not offer table shower service.

We offer sauna bag thermal therapy service, but we do not offer a standard walk-in sauna room service.

Do you offer relaxation massage?
Yes. We offer Swedish relaxation massage, performed with light to medium hand pressure.

What is Swedish relaxation massage?
Swedish relaxation massage is massage performed with light to medium hand pressure, and long, flowing hand movements which tend to be relaxing and soothing.

Do you offer deep tissue massage?
Yes. We offer deep tissue massage, performed with medium to hard hand pressure.

What is deep tissue massage?
Deep tissue massage is a relaxation massage performed with medium to hard hand pressure. Some people prefer medium to hard hand pressure in order to feel more relaxed and soothed since for them light to medium hand pressure does not feel like enough hand pressure.

What are your hours of operation?
Massage Bliss Wellness Spa is open 7 days a week, 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We prefer that you book online ahead of time at ElPasoRelax.com or that you call in to make an appointment at 915-255-5037. We will not turn away walk-ins, however, we are only able to service walk-ins about 30 to 40% of the time. Sometimes we don't have someone available for walk-ins.

Do I have to make an appointment
Massage Bliss Wellness Spa operates by appointment only, however, we will not turn away walk-ins if we have an available massage therapist to service you.

Do you require a deposit?
Massage bliss Wellness Spa operates by appointment and deposit. Your deposit counts toward your service and you do not lose it, unless you late cancel or late reschedule. Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so that you do not lose your deposit.

Do I have to undress completely for the massage?
No, you may remain in undergarments for your massage. You may dress down to your comfort level including completely naked, however, we do require draping with our sheets over your private areas at all times.

Is draping required?
Yes. Draping is required over private areas at all times.

Do you offer couple's massage?
Yes, we offer couple's massage. We have room designated for couple's massage where you and someone else can enjoy a massage in the same room on side-by-side massage beds.

What type of massage do you offer?
We offer Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue relaxation massage, couple's massage, therapeutic medical massage, lymphatic drainage massage, sports massage, pre-natal massage, post-natal massage, sciatica massage, face massage and foot massage.

What other services, besides massage, do you offer?
We offer ionic foot detox, sauna bag thermal therapy, cupping therapy, hot stone thermal therapy, stretch therapy, body treatments as in body contouring also known as re-shaping, and facials.

Are your massage therapists licensed to practice massage therapy?
Yes. All of our massage therapists hold a Texas license and are permitted to practice massage therapy in the state of Texas.

Are you a massage franchise chain?
No. Massage Bliss Wellness Spa is locally owned and operated and we are currently the only Massage Bliss Wellness Spa location in El Paso, Texas.

How early do I need to arrive for my massage appointment?
We prefer that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your massage appointment. We have a brief 1-page form for you to fill out.

Do I need to fill out forms prior to my massage?
Yes. We have a brief 1-page form for you to fill out when you arrive and it is your first visit.

Can you e-mail me your forms ahead of time so I can fill them out?
No. We don't have intake forms integrated into our system and our system cannot send them to you. The good news is that it is only a brief 1-page intake form you will fill out on your first visit and it only takes a minute to fill out.

Can I choose to have a female do my massage for me?
Yes. We have both male and female massage therapists working at Massage Bliss and you can request a female massage therapist when booking online or when calling in to schedule your appointment. The same applies to requests for a male massage therapist.

Do you collect my card information for future transactions?
When you call in and we take a deposit over the phone, we do not keep your credit or debit card information on file. Once we take the payment we no longer have access to your card information. When booking online it is a similar situation, we don't keep your card on file unless you sign up for our monthly membership.

Do you offer a monthly membership?
Yes. Please visit ElPasoRelax.com and open the tab for membership to see details about our two memberships now available. If you have more questions about our memberships, please call us at 915-255-5037 and request to speak to a live representative.

Do you have male massage therapists working there?
Yes. We hire both male and female massage therapists. you can request a male massage therapist when booking online or when calling in to schedule your appointment.

Do you offer free WiFi?
Yes. We'll be happy to share our network password with you upon request.

Can I get my money back if I don't like my massage?
Generally, a service is not a product and once the service has been performed, no refund can be given. Under extenuating circumstances, and after looking into your specific circumstances, a Massage Bliss manager may decide in favor of giving you a partial or complete refund. However, it will be completely at the sole discretion of the Massage Bliss manager as to whether or not you receive a partial or full refund. We strive to deliver excellent massage services and excellent customer service and we endeavor to keep our 5-Star Google reviews growing by maintaining a high level of performance for you our valued client.

Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay with cash. We take cash, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and tap-to-pay.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer online booking discounts. Visit ElPasoRelax.oom and on the home page you will see a banner offering you to use promo code MASSAGEBLISS at checkout for $10 dollars off.

Do you offer specials?
Yes, we offer online booking specials Monday through Thursday. Visit ElPasoRelax.com and to the tab under DAILY SPECIALS. Once there, you will find different specials which are valid by booking online and are only valid Monday through Thursday.

Do you offer mobile massage?

We do not currently offer mobile massage. Mobile massage was part of our menu, however, we have discontinued that service.
